According to Act no. 122/2013 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended in later regulations (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Data Protection Act"), I expressly agree that HRExpert s.r.o. (HRE), located at Piaristická 2, 949 24 Nitra, IČO: 47 519 908, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court of Nitra, Section: Sro, Vl. No. 35865/N, processed my personal data for the purpose of reviewing my submission and its further handling, to the extent I expressed them in this form.

I acknowledge that I can withdraw my consent to the processing of personal data at any time, in the form of a letter delivered to HRE to its registered office. At the same time, I declare that I accept the terms of the processing of personal data and that I have read, prior to granting this consent, the HRE privacy policy.

Definition of basic terms:

The Act on the Protection of Personal Data is Act No. 122/2013 Coll. on the protection of personal data and on amendments to certain acts, as amended..

Personal data are personal data relating to a designated or identifiable natural person, such person being a person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular on the basis of a generally identifiable identifier or one or more of the characteristics or characters that make up his physical, physiological, psychological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity.

The person concerned is any natural person to whom the personal data relate.

An operator is anyone who, alone or together with others, defines the purpose of processing personal data, determines the terms of their processing and processes personal data in their own…

An intermediary anyone who processes personal data on behalf of an operator, to the extent and under the terms agreed with the operator in a written agreement under § 8 of the Personal Data Protection Act and in accordance with this Act.

The third party is anyone who is not the person concerned, the operator providing the personal data, or his representative, the intermediary or the authorized person.

The operator only processes the personal data themselves, the operator did not authorize any intermediary with the processing of the personal data.

Purpose of processing personal data:

The purpose of the processing of personal data is to process the submission of the subject’s data sent to the operator through a contact form published on the operator's website, in particular its review and its further processing.

List of processed personal data:

The operator will process the personal data of the person concerned to the following extent: name and surname, telephone number, email.

Terms of processing of personal data:

The operator hereby instructs the person concerned that the consent to the processing of personal data is voluntary. The person concerned agrees to process his/her personal data for a period of 2 years. The operator will not provide the person's personal data to third parties. Personal data will be made available only to persons who are in the employment relationship with the operator and who process personal data on the basis of the instruction under § 21 of the Personal Data Protection Act. An operator shall not transfer cross-border personal data. Personal details of the person concerned will not be published. An operator is required to keep confidential the personal data he processes. The duty of confidentiality persists even after the processing of personal data has ended.

Lesson of the person concerned:

In accordance with Section 28 of the Personal Data Protection Act, the person concerned has the right, upon written request, to require from the Operator:

• in a generally understandable form of information about the state of processing of their personal data in the information system,
• in a generally understandable form accurate information about the source from which the operator has obtained their personal data for the processing,
• in a generally understandable form, the copying of their personal data that is the subject of processing,
• correct their incorrect, incomplete or outdated personal data that is being processed,
• the liquidation of their personal data if the purpose of their processing has been fulfilled according to § 17 par. 1 of the Personal Data Protection Act,
• the liquidation of their personal data that is being processed, if the law has been violated,
• blocking his or her personal data for revocation of consent prior to the expiration of its validity
